Dr Robin and his team made me feel so comfortable during my procedure. I looked at over 4 different Lasik centers before choosing Frantz. I asked around SWFL where people went as well. And everyone kept on saying Frantz. was thinking about Lasik for over 10 years. I wish I had done it sooner. I was most impressed with Dr Robins follow up now days it takes leaving messages for a Physican to get back to patients. Dr Robin is great at his follow up. Thank you.

I love going to this office because everyone is so friendly which makes for a great atmosphere. Dr. Anderson is so patient and really takes the time to get my prescription right every time. I followed her from a previous office and she has been the doctor my whole family goes to for eye care for the past 4 years.

Everything was great EXCEPT told them did NOT want refraction test, since just had one, at previous eye doctor, a couple months ago. It is $50 and didnt see need AGAIN for one. Could have requested results from previous doctor, if needed. They DID NOT listen, or even discuss with me, and another was performed w/o my permission or knowledge. So when leaving, I was told I owed $50 for the test. I was livid that they did not listen to my wishes and did exactly what they pleased.

All skilled professionals in this office. My husband and I both wore glasses for years. We got LASIK 5 yrs ago and have not worn glasses since. Excellent service. His waiting room is stocked with snacks and drinks. Best stocked waiting room in town.
