Visited Lehigh office Tuesday Dec 8 for my annual exam and all went well. I mentioned an issue I was having with my eyeglass lenses ( cloudiness almost looked brownish/dirty ) and found out they were out of warranty. However, Connie went to work with supplier and was able to work out replacement lenses with very little cost to me. I am very happy with the Frantz Team and their support. Beautiful facility . Friendly and great check in and check out . Very pleased with Technician who did all the testing . Dr Burch was excellent and I felt very well listened to and cared for.
