Visit was a follow-up to YAG laser procedure (Dr Birch) for removal of film over post-cataract surgery lens. On this visit technician Pablo was very professional and quick to perform pre-exam preps and measurements. Dr Edwards completed the exam on my left (YAG) eye and also did an exam on my right eye. No issues on the left eye (obviously Dr. Birch did a great job), however she did find a new issue in my right eye and started a photo and exam regime to monitor. Dr Edwards is also my regular doctor for annual exams at the Berkshire office. Excellent and professional eye health service every time!

Dr. Nguyen was personable, knowledgeable and gave easy to follow instructions. She was quirk but accurate. Friendly and yet professional. I highly recommend her.
