I have been going to Frantz eye care for many years.My firsat treat,ent was for cataracts,which was successful. I have had other proceedures and all went well. The staff is courteous, especially Holly. She has helped me with appoiuntments and other things. When I was there today, I observed Holly helping a gentleman out through the door. This is a brand new building and the doors are not handicapped accesssible.Thank you for taking care of me. My only recommendation is to maqke the doors handicap accessible.

The staff and doctors are all very professional and courteous.Very enjoyable experience throughout the visit.Will be bringing my wife and child there from now on.

All the staff members were extremely pleasant and cordial. It did appear that some patients had been waiting a long time and a couple had to reschedule. This seems to be the norm everywhere in Ft. Myers. My wait seemed about right. However, my appointment had been mysteriously changed to the wrong doctor. After we discovered this, everyone was very apologetic and I was rescheduled for a new appointment. I found personnel to be thorough and professional. Needing to return is slightly annoying, but evidently there are others doing the same, for different reasons.
