She was kind, patient, and reassuring, and after hearing about the trouble I'd been having, she was determined to squeeze me in somewhere. And she did.My appointment isn't until Monday (this is Friday), but I wanted to make sure that Frantz knew what an asset they have in Rocio. As the first point of contact, the receptionist sets the tone, and sometimes can determine the patient's decision to stay or to seek care elsewhere.
