 Established in Fort Myers, FL, in 1994 by Jonathan M. Frantz, MD, FACS, Florida Eye Health is a well-established and growing practice which now has locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Lehigh Acres, and Naples. Our practice involves primary eye care with a significant emphasis on cataract and refractive surgery, including LASIK. The Florida Eye Health practice includes The Center for Laser Vision Correction, The Aesthetic & Cosmetic Laser Center, and Suncoast Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility.

We are currently seeking self-motivated, customer oriented individuals for the following positions:
• Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician (Fort Myers and Naples) to perform basic work-ups, refracting and diagnostic testing. Experience required.
• Medical Secretary (Naples) – patient greeting, check in, check out, answering phones, computer literate, excellent customer service skills. Experience preferred.
• Office Assistant (Fort Myers-Part Time) – Purchasing inventory control and miscellaneous projects. Must be motivated and computer savvy.
• Optician (Naples) – Lab experience and insurance knowledge helpful. Must have strong customer service skills and aggressive sales experience.
• Insurance Coordinator – Experienced in medical receivables, billing and collections, insurance claim processing, A/R, credit collections, finance and customer service.
